Robert E. Dezzutti
Chief Operating Officer

Bert Dezzutti serves as Chief Operating Officer of the Company and is a member of the Executive Committee. Mr. Dezzutti joined BentleyForbes in 2008 and has overall responsibility for the Company’s operations areas with a focus on Asset Management activities. He has an extensive background in the areas of commercial real estate property management, property leasing, property operations, property positioning and team leadership.

Mr. Dezzutti has over 22 years of experience in various executive positions with a career focus exclusively on commercial real estate. Previous positions held by Mr. Dezzutti include the following: Executive Managing Director, United States of Cushman & Wakefield, Senior Vice President, Southern California of Equity Office Properties Trust, Vice President of Transwestern Property Company, Vice President of Koll Development Company and Vice President of CB Commercial.

Mr. Dezzutti is actively involved in various commercial real estate industry groups. He is on the Boards of Directors of Central City Association of Greater Los Angeles and BOMA Greater Los Angeles and BOMA Orange County. He serves on the Editorial Board of California Real Estate Journal; additionally, he serves as a member of the Urban Land Institute, International Conference of Shopping Centers and the Los Angeles Commercial Real Estate Association.

Mr. Dezzutti is a graduate of the University of Southern California.
