C. Frederick Wehba II C. Frederick Wehba II serves as Chairman and CEO of BentleyForbes and is a standing member of the firm’s Executive Committee. Along with C. Frederick Wehba, Mr. Wehba founded BentleyForbes in 1993. Since that time the firm has completed commercial real estate transactions valued in excess of $3.5 billion in markets across the U.S. Mr. Wehba has contributed to all areas of the Company ensuring the firm’s business goals and strategic development in key real estate markets. As Chairman & CEO, Mr. Wehba is the controlling manager for the firm's various real estate investment entities. Mr. Wehba also leads disposition activities and contributes to acquisitions and financing opportunities for the Company’s portfolio. In addition, he is a member of the Real Estate Investment Committee and actively participates in the Company’s investment activities. With dynamic involvement in the nation’s leading real estate broker network, Mr. Wehba is able to source appropriate product and consistently reposition the Company’s portfolio within the most active U.S. markets. Prior to founding BentleyForbes, Mr. Wehba developed a career focus in investment and financial market opportunities through service with some of Wall Street’s most noted firms, Shearson Lehman and Smith Barney. In addition to his professional development and overall experience, Mr. Wehba is also a patron of several charities including St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital and UNICEF. PDF |
