Philip S. Ahn Phillip Ahn serves as Vice President, Asset Management, primarily responsible for corporate level asset management support in areas of leasing and information systems. Mr. Ahn joined BentleyForbes in 2004 and has become actively involved in managing asset financial compliance, specifically related to the monitoring and directing of an asset’s financial model as it relates to property lender compliance. In addition, Mr. Ahn focuses on the preparation and action plan for asset level occupancy challenges through commercial leasing efforts that encompass negotiation, lease analysis, commercial real estate market research and lease document management. Prior to joining BentleyForbes, Mr. Ahn pursued experience in the behavioral health sector. Mr. Ahn held positions as a Therapeutic Behavioral Services Specialist for Masada Homes in California and Residential SAC Treatment Counselor at Uhlich Children’s Home in Chicago. Mr. Ahn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Illinois, Chicago.
