Brian T. Anderson Brian Anderson serves as the Director of Finance for the Company. Mr. Anderson joined BentleyForbes in 2007 and has responsibility over financial reporting and corporate finance areas of the Company, including, but not limited to, forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling and periodic financial reporting. Prior to joining BentleyForbes, Mr. Anderson was Manager with Ernst & Young LLP’s Assurance and Business Advisory Services division, where he served public and private clients in the hospitality and entertainment industries. Prior to joining Ernst & Young LLP, Mr. Anderson served two years with Arthur Andersen LLP’s Assurance and Business Advisory Services division. In total, Mr. Anderson has over six years of public accounting experience. During that tenure, his clients included some of the largest hospitality and entertainment companies in the world. Mr. Anderson received a MBA from the Marshall School of Business in Corporate Finance at the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts, with honors, from the University of California, Santa Barbara. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
