Eve Brant

Eve Brant serves as Vice President of the Dallas portfolio where her focus is to represent the Company for the overall operation of the properties within the Dallas market. Ms. Brant joined BentleyForbes in 2007 and her responsibilities include the direction of operations, managing on-site property teams and construction management. During her tenure with BentleyForbes, she has transitioned approximately one million square feet from third party property management to an in-house property management team.

Prior to joining BentleyForbes, Ms. Brant worked with large commercial real estate firms such as Prudential, Equity Office and Trizec Properties and has been involved in the Dallas real estate market for the past 23 years.

Ms. Brant holds her Texas Real Estate License, CPM and RPA designations. She has been involved with the local Dallas BOMA, IREM and IFMA Chapters. She has served on the Downtown Improvement Board and is a member of the Central Business District Manager's Association.
