Chad M. Lasdon
Senior Vice President, Capital Markets

Chad Lasdon serves as Senior Vice President of Capital Markets for the Company. Mr. Lasdon joined BentleyForbes in 2002 as a transaction originator for the acquisition of commercial real estate properties. Mr. Lasdon's focus involves raising equity capital and managing the Company's acquisition, disposition, and joint venture opportunities for the Company. Mr. Lasdon has participated in over $2 billion of real estate transactions through his years at BentleyForbes. In 2006, Mr. Lasdon was the recipient of BentleyForbes' Employee of the Year Award.

Prior to joining BentleyForbes, Mr. Lasdon worked as a Research Analyst in the field of business valuation with Sanli Pastore & Hill in Los Angeles. Other opportunities that Mr. Lasdon has taken include internships with Merrill Lynch, SmithBarney, and JLS Capital.

Mr. Lasdon is actively involved in the community via his participation in Reading to Kids and he is an alumnus of the Riordan Fellows Program at UCLA's Anderson School of Management.

In June 2008, Mr. Lasdon earned his Master of Business Administration degree from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management where he focused on Real Estate Management and Management and Organizations. Mr. Lasdon was also a Magna Cum Laude graduate from the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business where he majored in Business Administration with an emphasis in Corporate Finance.
