Chad W. Wehba

Chad Wehba serves as Partner of BentleyForbes and is a standing member of the firm’s Executive Committee.   In addition, Mr. Wehba is a member of the Real Estate Investment Committee for the firm overseeing the Company’s dynamic real estate investment activities.

In 1996, Mr. Wehba joined the other founding partners from the Wehba Family in his position as Partner for the firm.  Since BentleyForbes’ inception, the Company has completed commercial real estate transactions valued in excess of $3.5 billion in markets across the U.S. 

As Partner, Mr. Wehba contributes to the overall operations of the Company ensuring organizational growth management in alignment with the firm’s business goals.  He is directly involved with the other members of the Executive Committee in developing internal operational policies and procedures.  In addition, Mr. Wehba is instrumental in obtaining key market research as it relates to the Company’s investment opportunities. He also coordinates the Company's initiatives in software operations.

Prior to assuming his position as Partner of BentleyForbes, Mr. Wehba served in several executive positions with the firm, mostly focused in the areas of operations, technology, human resources and finance/accounting.  Mr. Wehba received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, Los Angeles.
