Lilian K. Hanna Lilian Hanna serves as Senior Vice President of Legal for the Company. Ms. Hanna has the responsibility of directing the Company’s corporate and real estate legal matters which include corporate governance, the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate properties, debt financing, property operations and litigation management. Ms. Hanna also coordinates the Company’s legal work with external counsel. Since joining BentleyForbes in 2003, Ms. Hanna dedicates a significant amount of her time to all facets of the Company’s acquisition process. She counsels the Company on structuring and debt placement and ensures that documentation relating to the acquisition complies with the Company’s established parameters and best practices requirements. In this respect, she works closely with various departments of the Company to understand their needs as they relate to such documentation. Post-acquisition, Ms. Hanna continues to be involved with the day-to-day operations of the acquired assets and the corporate maintenance of related companies. Ms. Hanna previously practiced at Shaw Pittman where she represented private and public companies in the areas of corporate, securities and intellectual property. Ms. Hanna is a contributing author of a treatise published by the California Education of the Bar entitled Internet Law and Practice in California.Ms. Hanna received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Southern California Law School and received her bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Irvine, Summa Cum Laude. She is a member of the State Bar of California. |
