Lisa Li
Controller, Midwest Property Management

Lisa Li serves as Controller for the Company’s trophy asset in Chicago, Prudential Plaza.  Ms. Li joined BentleyForbes in 2006 and has primary responsibility for the financial reporting, day-to-day accounting operations and financial analysis of the property.

Ms. Li has ten years of financial accounting experience in the real estate sector, five of which were dedicated to managing general accounting functions for Prudential Plaza under Shorenstein Realty Services.  During this tenure, Ms. Li led the property’s accounting functions and financial analysis.  Furthermore, this experience contributed to the successful transition of the property’s financial management to BentleyForbes.  Prior to this, Ms. Li held the position of Staff Accountant for General Growth Properties, Inc., whereby she contributed to the accounting practices of the retail arena.

Ms. Li is a Master of Business Administration recipient from Northeastern Illinois University and received a Bachelor of Science degree from the Shanghai Institute of Foreign Trade in China.  Furthermore, Ms. Li holds the Certified Public Accountant designation and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
