Bryan L. Oyster Bryan Oyster serves as Vice President & General Manager of the Company’s Midwest Property Management group specifically focused on the management of the Company’s trophy property, Prudential Plaza in Chicago, Illinois. Mr. Oyster joined BentleyForbes in 2006 and has responsibility for the property’s operations and financial management. Mr. Oyster has over eleven years of experience in commercial property management, whereby he has contributed to the management of approximately 5.9 million square feet of retail, office, and residential components in the Chicago area. Prior to joining BentleyForbes, Mr. Oyster held the position of Property Manager for Shorenstein Realty Services where he served for six years managing their Chicago commercial portfolio comprised of the John Hancock Center for five years and Prudential Plaza for one year. Mr. Oyster’s tenure with Prudential Plaza fostered a smooth transition of management in May 2006 when BentleyForbes acquired their multi-tenant, Class A office property. Mr. Oyster received a Master of Science from the Illinois Benedictine College and a Bachelor of Science degree from George Williams College. |
