Curtis R. Post Curtis Post serves as Vice President, Construction & Facilities for the Company’s Midwest Property Management Team and focuses on real estate construction and facilities management for Prudential Plaza in Chicago. Mr. Post joined BentleyForbes in 2006 and originally joined the management team at the Prudential Plaza in 1989. Mr. Post has a combined 30 years of real estate construction experience including management of high-rise capital projects and tenant improvements. Prior to joining the Company after BentleyForbes acquired Prudential Plaza, Mr. Post held the position of Senior Construction Manager with Shorenstein Realty Services, whereby he managed all construction activities including $100 million in capital improvement expenditures for this world class property. In total, Mr. Post has provided 17 years of construction management service for Prudential Plaza while under the ownership of various investment companies before joining BentleyForbes. Mr. Post received a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Electrical and Computer Engineering, from the University of Wisconsin. He is also a member of BOMA. |
